Principal Teacher of Dance
TLR 2A (£8,611)
This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and imaginative Dance Teacher to lead our department. We are looking for a natural leader with a proven track record of examination success who can build on our high standards and bring a fresh vision for high-quality dance education for all students.
The successful candidate will be teaching within our mirrored, spring-floor studios and purpose-built community theatre; you will engage and enthuse students in KS3, in GCSE Dance at KS4 and in RSL Dance at KS5. As a renowned centre of excellence for Dance in the South East, we highly value extra-curricular opportunities and preparing students for local and national performances.
Developing creative skills and encouraging young people to engage in Performing Arts is critical to this role. You will be a facilitator of people, developing school-wide initiatives and building relationships with external agencies to ensure Dance remains popular and accessible to all students.
The successful candidate will be well-organised and ready to develop their own leadership skills. You will have already demonstrated an ability to teach to a consistently high standard and understand that the implementation of effective assessment is essential to student progress.

Are you a qualified and enthusiastic Teacher of Mathematics?
We are looking for an excellent classroom practitioner who will bring creativity and enthusiasm to our large team of mathematicians.
The successful candidate will have a passion for mathematics which will be passed onto our students to ensure they not only achieve well, but develop an enjoyment of the subject. Whether you are newly qualified or have more experience, there are many opportunities to develop your teaching career including the ability to work a varied timetable teaching in either KS3, KS4 or KS5 according to your strengths.
