Deadline for receipt at UCAS of applications to Universities of Oxford or Cambridge, and all with choices for courses in medicine, dentistry, and veterinary medicine/science to reach UCAS. 5TH NOVEMBER: SCHOOL DEADLINE FOR ALL COURSES EXCEPT THOSE LISTED WITH A 15TH OCTOBER 2012 DEADLINE |

Deadline for receipt of applications at UCAS for all courses except those listed with a 15 October 2012 deadline and art and design courses with 24 March 2013 deadline. Go to Course Search on the UCAS website to check application deadlines for courses. |

If your son or daughter is eligible to use Extra, they can refer themselves to another choice. More about Extra can be found on the UCAS website. |

If UCAS receive an application by 15 January, the universities and colleges should aim to have sent UCAS their decisions by this date (but they can take longer). |

If UCAS receive all decisions from their universities/colleges by 31 March, your son or daughter needs to reply to any offers by this date (unless they are applying through Extra). If UCAS don't receive their replies, UCAS will decline the offers on their behalf. |

9 May 2013 |
If your son or daughter applied by 15 January and is waiting for decisions, universities and colleges need to send UCAS their decisions by this date. If they don't, UCAS will make any outstanding choices unsuccessful on their behalf. |

6 June 2013 |
If UCAS receive all decisions from the universities/colleges by 9 May, your son or daughter needs to reply to any offers by this date (unless they are applying through Extra). If UCAS don't receive their replies, UCAS will decline the offers on their behalf. |

27 June 2013 |
If UCAS receive all decisions from their universities or colleges by 7 June, your son or daughter needs to reply to any offers by this date (unless they are applying through Extra). If UCAS don't receive their replies, UCAS will decline the offers on their behalf. |

If your son or daughter sends their application to UCAS by this date, UCAS will send it to their chosen universities and colleges. If UCAS receive their application after this date, it will be entered into Clearing. More about Clearing on the UCAS website. |
