Staff
The tutors on the course have over 50 years experience in the Catering trade, at a wide range of establishments, including quality restaurants and high level industrial. With a mission to pass on the skills needed to help students find employment in a growing industry both home and abroad.
Facilities
With 2 industrial kitchens the students learn in a realistic work environment rather than a food tech room. With the Balcony restaurant providing lunch time restaurants for staff and evening restaurant for the public the students get to cook for real customers.
The restaurant is also used for both school and private functions giving the students more opportunities for learning and assessment.
